(1) Vendor needs to provide licensee assistance program service to the government authority located in Nebraska. • Develop and maintain a statewide Licensee Assistance Program (LAP) that will provide education, referral assistance, and monitoring of compliance with treatment of substance use disorders for licensees, certificate holders and registrants (credential holders) who have been issued a credential to provide health and health related services.
