The Project: Renovations of the existing two-story masonry building previously used as a Masonic Temple to be converted to the Brownsville Library in Pensacola, Florida. The work includes an existing two-story building of approximately 3,190 square feet on the ground floor and 2,653 square feet on the second floor and a new parking lot for 14 cars. Sitework includes stormwater, pavement, and landscaping improvements. Due to supply chain issues, the County has already pre-ordered the Switch Gear needed for the project and this item will be owner provided for installation by the General Contractor or his Subcontractor.
