(1) Vendor needs to provide vertical transportation preventive maintenance, testing and repair services to the government authority located in Poughkeepsie, NY. – Provide comprehensive preventive maintenance, testing, callback service, emergency service, and repair services for the agency’s elevators, lifts, and other vertical transportation equipment. • Scheduled preventive maintenance, examination, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment and testing.• Diagnosis of equipment malfunctions and deficiencies with corrective work performed in accordance with coverage and authorization requirements.• Repair and replacement of covered parts and components within the fixed monthly price and separately authorized repair and replacement of excluded components.• Routine and emergency service calls, callbacks, shutdown response and passenger–entrapment response.• Performance of required periodic tests and coordination with the agency, the agency’s independent inspection provider and applicable authorities having jurisdiction.• Correction of deficiencies attributable to the contractor’s maintenance responsibilities.• Maintenance of service records, maintenance–control documentation, callback records, testing records, repair histories and other required reports.• Technical support, recommendations and condition assessments concerning the covered equipment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
