(1) Vendor needs to provide mathematics assessment systems to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.• The Agency is seeking submission of Early Numeracy Screeners, Formative Benchmark Assessments, Fractional Reasoning Screeners, Intervention Resources, and Summer Math Camp Curricula.• Early Numeracy Screener Non–Negotiables– The Early Numeracy Screener:- Must be designed for administration to all students.- Must be time–efficient.- Must be a one–on–one teacher/student interview assessment and not computer–based.- Results should be interpreted quickly and accurately.- Must not be adaptive.- Identifies student misconceptions.- Provides resources and explicit instructional action steps for teachers to plan instruction.• Early Numeracy Screener Specific Content Requirements– Kindergarten- Number sequence.- One to one correspondence.- Subitizing.- Compare groups of objects (same or different, more, less, or fewer).- Count forward and backward(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
