ESTATE-12118 - USA (New Jersey) - Appraisal and Valuation Consultants Service - Deadline October 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal and valuation consultants service to the government authority located in New Jersey. – Fixed assets by rebuilding the city’s fixed asset inventory and improving the supporting records, controls, procedures, and reconciliation process.– Survey and verify the city’s fixed assets.– Create a fixed asset master file and subsidiary ledger structure that can be used by the city.– Provide records detailed enough for auditors to verify existence, ownership, acquisition cost and date, source, location, use, condition, classification, department responsibility, and disposition or transfer history.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 29, 2026.
