Annual Paint Convenience Contract-27

The University of North Carolina Greensboro is actively seeking Vendors capable of providing all labor, equipment, supplies, site visits, supervision, and insurance necessary to complete minor repairs and interior and exterior painting services for all Residence Halls (under the purview of the Housing & Residence Life Department), and all Academic and Administrative buildings (under the purview Facilities Department). Contract term: one (1) year + option to renew for up to two (2) additional one-year terms.
