(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• Restroom• Sweep and damp mop all non–carpeted floors with appropriate cleaning materials.• Vacuum and spot clean all carpeted areas.• Vacuum and clean baseboards, door frames, corners of walls, floors, ceiling and door jambs of debris, dust and cobwebs, and at areas where dust and cobwebs are observed.• Sweep, wet mop and disinfect the restroom floors.• Wipe clean restroom mirrors and soap dispensers, and refill soap dispensers.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 17, 2026.
