(1) Vendor needs to provide professional development, technical assistance, and evaluation services to the government authority located in ME. – Data collection and analysis requirements:– Collect, aggregate, and analyze de–identified electronic health record (EHR) data provided directly by funded school–based health centres biannually.– Develop a system for compiling and analysing de–identified disaggregated data extracts from multiple EHR systems used by individual providers.– Develop systems for ensuring data protection.– Ensure appropriate protocols for collecting, analysing, and storing Protected Health Information.– Technical assistance and professional development requirements:– Provide professional development and technical assistance to ensure provision of high–quality care.– Develop and conduct a minimum of five (5) professional development meetings per year with the, focusing on areas of skill building relevant to the provision of high quality medical and behavioural health care for students, improving operations, and improving accuracy of data reporting.– Support quality improvement initiatives to enhance care quality, accurate data reporting, and ongoing sustainability.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 9, 2026.
