Katy ISD's preferred method of submission is via the online bidding system. OpenGov, which can be accessed at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/katyisd . Katy ISD seeks to award highly qualified vendors for the provision of Educational Evaluation Materials (Testing Kits). Awarded vendors will supply these products and/or related services upon request, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in this Request for Proposal (RFP). All testing materials must be specifically designed to support evaluators in determining eligibility for special education services. Test kits should demonstrate validity and reliability, and be user-friendly in terms of administration, scoring, and interpretation.
