Vendor needs to provide deep energy retrofit 2 stage 0 energy audit services to the government authority located in Ireland.• Stage 0 Energy Audit is establishing a solid and comprehensive baseline of information to jump start the design process associated with the future energy efficiency improvements and site decarbonization programmer.• Energy data will be made available and the successful tenderer will be required to provide in–depth analysis and insights into energy usage on site and where improvements can be made via no/low cost, minor capital projects retro–commissioning opportunities and major capital decarbonization projects. • The audit shall also identify gaps in information that would otherwise help inform future energy efficiency and decarbonization opportunities, e.g. drawings, technical data and metering.
