(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based national navigation operation, management performance evaluation and assessment system update and development solution. • Development or modification of the current system to maintain existing technical functionality and development of enhancements to provide for enhanced functionality respective to data tabulation, viewing, extraction and download capabilities, and data or information analysis as appropriate subject to available technical or budgetary resources• Migrate to a cloud or hybrid cloud environment with accommodation for support of systems environments for application development, testing, and operational (deployment\production) development and use of applications.
