CLEANING-14342 - USA (Irving, Texas) - Properties Securing and Clean Up Service - Deadline November 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide properties securing and clean up service to the government authority located in Irving, TX. – Heavy or large–area debris or vegetation removal and disposal– Safeguarding unsecured and open structures through the implementation of board–up procedures that meet all applicable regulatory compliance requirements– Draining and covering of pools– Collection, removal, and disposal (within three (3) hours of request) of chemical or biohazards related to property clean–up (HAZWOPER possible)– Prior to abatement work commencing, photographs of the location and items to be removed shall be taken. Following the conclusion of all work activities, the work location shall be photographed to document completion, including images of loaded vehicles displaying the removed trash, junk, and debris materials. All photographs must be dated and time–stamped, then electronically transmitted to the agency by email within three (3) business days of completion.– Removal of litter and debris from the public drainage system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
