(1) Vendor needs to provide community engagement and recruitment services. – Community engagement and public safety outreach• Engage with community groups and stakeholders to identify current crime, public safety, and quality–of–life concerns and recommend appropriate engagement strategies• Support open dialogue and transparency concerning policies, procedures, operations, initiatives, and training• Develop a current understanding of relevant crime and community concerns and assist stakeholders and the in identifying practical strategies to address those concerns– Recruitment Strategy and Outreach,• Assess current and anticipated hiring and recruitment needs in coordination with leadership.• Identify and use appropriate recruitment channels, including online employment forums, social media, community organizations, educational institutions, career fairs, and other outreach methods.• Recommend messaging, outreach materials, recruitment campaigns, and candidate–engagement strategies.• Track recruitment activities and, where practicable, measure results such as inquiries, event contacts, applications, referral sources, and other agreed–upon performance indicators.– Communications and Reporting• Prepare clear written materials, presentations, outreach content, meeting summaries, recommendations, and reports.• Maintain documentation of community engagement and recruitment activities(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.
