EXTRA-73314 - USA (Washington, DC) - Blindness and Visual Impairments Services - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide blindness and visual impairments services to the government authority located in Washington, DC.– Assist in implementing the behavior intervention plans of their assigned student and remains with them for the school day.– Provide direct support for students through verbal prompting, modeling strategies, and guided practice to facilitate positive social interactions and promote independence.– Assist their assigned student with self–care tasks.– Support students with effective and efficient use of assistive technology.– Provide adaptations of materials such as read aloud, narration, and verbal descriptions.– Build and maintain positive professional relationships with all educational stakeholders to include students, school staff, central office staff, families, and community members.– Assist their assigned student with safe transitions between activities and settings.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
