(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based family search and engagement management software.– Provide a web–based family search and engagement software technology to assist with locating family members and other important adults who can offer a permanent home or lifelong support for children.– Solution is to build capacity for identifying lifelong adult connections, streamline statutory notification processes, support kinship placements, and provide court–ready documentation.– Multi–Search Capability: The system must allow users to initiate searches across multiple data sources simultaneously to locate relatives of children in care, while ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the search results.– Communication tracking and delivery logs: maintain real–time delivery status logs for sent electronic communications and record mailing audit trails for physical letters.– Real–Time Notifications: The system should feature real–time notifications for task handoffs and critical updates between teams.– Inline Annotation: Users must be able to attach notes directly to specific individuals or relationship nodes within the genogram.– Workload Capacity Tracking: Manager access to a dashboard displaying current task assignments and overall workload capacity across team members.– Social Media Discovered Links: The search functionality should provide updated, verified social media profile connections and links (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn) for identified relatives.– Dynamic Filtering and Sorting: Users shall have the ability to slice, filter, and sort search parameters in real time.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 26,2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
