(1) Vendor needs to provide website hosting, ongoing maintenance and development services.• The implementation of appropriate security controls, monitoring, and maintenance processes to protect the website from unauthorised access, modification, disruption, or malicious activity. • Development and execution of a detailed migration plan, including timelines, responsibilities, testing and implementation activities. – Migration of all website content, functionality, configurations and associated assets to the proposed environment. – Measures to minimise disruption to website availability and user experience during the migration process. – Comprehensive testing prior to go–live, including functional, security, performance, accessibility and user acceptance testing. – Provision of rollback and recovery procedures in the event of migration issues. – Preservation of existing search engine rankings and implementation of any necessary redirects and SEO protections during migration. – Post–migration support to address any issues arising following implementation. • Hosting Services– Be hosted within the European Union, with hosting in Ireland preferred. – Be secure, resilient and scalable. – Support high availability and business continuity requirements. Include proactive monitoring and management of the hosting environment. – Include automated notifications and alerting for outages, service degradation, security incidents or attempted attacks. – Maintain a minimum service availability commitment of 99.9% excluding agreed scheduled maintenance periods. • Security Services– Secure hosting architecture and infrastructure management. – Web Application Firewall (WAF) protection. Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) mitigation capabilities. – Continuous security monitoring and alerting. Malware detection and remediation. – Vulnerability scanning and management.
