Nonpublic Schools Chapter 193 Child Study Team Evaluations

The Jersey City Public School District is soliciting proposals for Chapter 193 services rendered to the Nonpublic Schools in the 2024-2025 school year. It is the District’s intention to evaluate the submissions based on the criteria herein and award a sufficient number of “Requirement” type contracts to service the nonpublic schools from September 1, 2024 through June 30, 2025. The district seeks proposals from outside agencies approved by the state of New Jersey to provide: Child Study Team Evaluations This request for proposals includes the need for: Child Study Team Evaluations Psychological – certified School Psychologist Educational – certified Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant Social – School Social Worker Speech All services MUST be provided by New Jersey State certified personnel. The Jersey City Public School District is seeking proposals from experienced educational consultants to provide Chapter 193 services using New Jersey certified staff. The district has the responsibility of providing services to eligible pupils enrolled full-time in nonpublic schools as per Chapter 193. Funds are allocated by the State Department of Education based upon student eligibility and enrollment. The district offers services to eligible students ages 3-21, in approximately 29 Nonpublic Schools.
