A PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING will be held 10:00AM, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2026, at the Courtroom (78 Van Horne) all prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. Direct all questions in writing to Aleesha Robinson at aleesha.robinson@cityoftybee.gov The City of Tybee Island, GA may (i) reject any, any part of, or all bids and proposals with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (ii) waive informalities and technicalities, (iii) negotiate directly with any party submitting a bid or proposal, or (iv) accept that proposal which the City of Tybee Island, GA deems to be in its best interest, whether or not it is the lowest dollar proposal.
