(1) Vendor needs to provide benefits broker and consultant services serve as its benefits broker of record and strategic advisor to the human resources department to the government authority located in Birmingham, AL.– Strategic Benefits Advisory Services• Provide ongoing consultation to the Human Resources Department regarding employee benefits.• Recommend long–term benefit strategies aligned with organizational objectives.• Assist with budgeting and forecasting future benefit costs.• Provide annual strategic planning sessions with HR leadership.– Benefits Brokerage Services• Serve as Broker of Record for all benefit plans.• Market insurance plans to qualified carriers.• Negotiate renewals with insurance providers.– Benefits Administration Support• Support the annual Open Enrollment process.• Coordinate with insurance carriers.• Assist HR with employee meetings.• Provide enrollment materials– Claims and Utilization Analysis• Review claims experience.• Identify utilization trends.• Analyze cost drivers.• Recommend cost containment initiatives(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 9, 2026.
