(1) Vendor needs to provide market economic conditions rate case consultant service to the government authority located in New Britain, CT. – Assist agency in the review and investigation of the financial and operating records for the Eversource Energy (ES). – Conduct an analysis to determine an appropriate cost of equity for ES based on current market economic conditions, and any other relevant factors.– Determine the most appropriate and economic capital structure to be used for setting rates for ES. – Consistent with this capital structure, determine the appropriate cost of debt to be used for setting rates for ES.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
