Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program Application

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) administers the Federal and State Technology (FAST) Partnership Program, which provides funding to a single organization in each participating state to strengthen small-business participation in the federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs. SBA has posted the FY2026 funding opportunity (SBA-OIIFT-26-001), which closes July 22, 2026.
