Description

The City is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide a cloud-based location intelligence and foot traffic analytics platform. The platform will be used to measure, analyze, and report visitation patterns at City parks, trails, facilities, and open spaces. The selected solution should provide reliable historical and ongoing visitor data, including unique and repeat visits, visitor origins, dwell time, and comparative benchmarking. The platform must also provide secure, anonymized data, user-friendly reporting tools, export capabilities, and appropriate training and support. Information generated through the platform will assist the City with operational planning, resource allocation, capital improvement decisions, and economic impact analysis.
