DISPOS-9546 - USA (Los Alamos, New Mexico) - Food Waste Composting Services - Deadline August 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide food waste composting services to the government authority located in Los Alamos, NM.– Provide collect food waste from participating commercial generators and designated county–approved drop–off locations.– Provide a recommended collection schedule and service frequency for participating customers.– Offeror shall describe its proposed collection methodology, staffing plan, collection routes, contamination reduction measures, and overall approach for providing efficient and reliable collection services.– Provide bear–resistant roll carts for participating commercial customers.– Provide clean replacement carts during cart exchanges and shall describe cart cleaning and sanitation procedures.– Offeror shall establish procedures for missed collections, holiday schedules, customer service requests, and emergency service interruptions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 13, 2026.(3) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 6, 2026.
