GIS-2064 - USA (Concord, New Hampshire) - Surficial Geologic Mapping Service - Deadline October 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide surficial geologic mapping service to the government authority located in Concord, NH. – Conduct surficial geologic mapping for the 1:24,000–scale Grantham (southern 47%) Quadrangle. – Entities that conduct surficial geologic mapping will be responsible for collecting field data and creating geologic maps that show the spatial distribution and characteristics of surficial deposits and geomorphic features, including sediment composition, grain size, stratigraphy, depositional environment, relative age, and the extent and morphology of glacial, fluvial, lacustrine, eolian, colluvial and anthropogenic landforms and materials.• Conduct field data collection in the southern 47% of the Grantham Quadrangle sufficient to allow correct, interpreted delineation of surficial geologic map units in the area, in electronic point and line format.• Collect data on the characteristics, texture, grain size, thickness and lateral extent of surficial deposits; document contacts between surficial map units; and characterize geomorphic features, depositional environments, and evidence of active or past surficial processes at exposures that may be practicably accessed.• Collect high–quality photographs of major geologic features, which shall be provided to agency as raw digital image files, separate from inclusion in a Word or PDF document.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
