(1) Vendor needs to provide sanitary sewer project management services to the government authority located in New Castle, DE. – Provide sanitary sewer project management services for planning and implementation of sewer O&M program enhancements. – Engage professional consulting services to furnish engineering, project management and field inspections/investigations for gravity sewer system O&M planning, implementation and support.• Field management may include: engineering support; sewer mapping, CCTV investigations and related cleaning, manhole inspections, acoustic pipe testing, CCTV video review, pipe and manhole condition assessment, data analysis, identification of system issues, development and delivery of educational and training programs, evaluation of O&M and safety practices and assessment and integration of new and emerging technologies.• Consultant responsibilities for O&M planning and implementation may include: engineering and planning support, regulatory compliance assistance, operational recommendations, development of data driven maintenance management, repair and rehabilitation recommendations and design, survey, preparation of emergency construction plans and specifications, trenchless rehabilitation support and construction oversight.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 25, 2026.
