Work of this Contract comprises the following: .1 Replacement of existing pedestrian paver walkways with new paved surfaces, including drainage improvements to ensure proper surface water management. .2 Also includes removal and replacement of plant material and landscaping elements. .3 Controlled demolition and infill of old fountain area. .4 Replacement of aging electrical plug posts and outlets. .5 Upgrading exterior walkway lighting.
