Kate Barnes Boat Ramp Improvements

This ITB extended by Alachua County Parks & Open Space (“County”) for Kate Barnes Boat Ramp Improvements includes, but is not limited to, providing full-time and competent supervision, skilled and experienced labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to complete, in an acceptable and timely manner, the improvements described in the plans & specifications. Proposed park improvements include replacement of the existing boarding dock, paved accessible parking & sidewalks, wood fencing, and trees. Proposed work within this contract includes demolition, sitework and grading, drainage and stormwater, parking lot and sidewalk paving, plumbing, and landscaping among others. Kate Barnes Boat Ramp is located at 18800 S County Road 325, Hawthorne, FL 32640.
