Vendor needs to provide public art master plan services.• Summary of research, findings and community input results and recommendations to enhance engagement.• Summary of existing programs, policies and resources and recommended updates, improvements and additions.• Recommendations for inclusion of public art in public improvement projects and private developments.• Recommended models and opportunities for arts funding, including public/private partnerships and the implementation of private funding (whether utilizing traditional percent for art, or other strategies or formulas), grants, etc.• Standards for maintenance funding, insurance requirements and managing public art inventory.• Identify gaps in current program and make recommendations on new and creative concepts to take the program to the next level.
