(1) Vendor needs to provide facility custodial and housekeeping services to the government authority located in ST. Louis, MO.• Empty wastebaskets; spot–clean receptacles inside and out. Replace liners.• Light dust all horizontal surfaces to a height of 80 inches, including sills, ledges, moldings, shelves, picture frames, ducts, radiators, benches, etc.• Damp wipe all telephones.• Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. Remove water stains.• Spot–clean reception lobby glass, including the front door and any other partition or door glass.• Dust mops all hard surface floors.• Damp mop all hard–surface floors in their entirety. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026(3) The contract period will be for three years.
