(1) Vendor needs to provide civil engineering services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Review of available surveys, plats, utility information, environmental documentation, and prior studies.– Site feasibility analysis and identification of civil/site development constraints.– Grading, drainage, and stormwater management.– Water, wastewater, fire line, and utility design and coordination.– Preparation and submission of civil permit documents.– Response to plan review comments and preparation of revised submittals.– Assistance with preparation of bid documents and civil scope clarifications.– Site observations at appropriate stages of construction.– Drainage studies and hydraulic/hydrologic analysis.– Opinion of probable construction cost and quantity take–offs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
