INSU-6609 - USA (Albany, New York) - Pharmacy Benefit Management Services - Deadline December 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pharmacy benefit management services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.• Claims are submitted to agency by a pharmacy.• If the claim meets all criteria and passes checks, based upon automated review, a response denoting approved is sent back to agency.• If the claim does not meet all criteria and fails checks, a response denoting “rejected” is sent back to agency. A message is then sent to the pharmacy indicating “PA required – contact clinical contact center”. The message sent to the pharmacy includes the clinical criteria that the claim failed, resulting in the rejection (i.e. diagnosis required, max quantity exceeded, etc.).• Pharmacies cannot directly initiate a request (except for an emergency 3–day supply), all requests must be made by the prescriber.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 03, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for six years.
