ITES-10843 - USA (Vernon, New Jersey) - IT Support Consulting Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide IT support consulting services to the government authority located in Vernon, NJ.• Installation of servers.• Associated network hardware and software required.• Set up of internet, email account, and upgrade of systems including a backup recovery solution.• Ongoing support is to include the following:• Network administration and troubleshooting.• Identify and correct problems with the network as they arise.• Configure firewall for maximum security and flexibility.• Server administration.• Management of active directory– Setup new users, disable users, configure rules, roles, etc.• Management of Microsoft exchange server– and management of data cove backup server for exchange.• Management and Monitoring of Backups for the Municipality (including a test restore, once a year).• Suggestions to improve configuration/functionality/efficiency of overall IT environment.• Create and manage incident response plan.• Work with township for Satisfactory understanding of cybersecurity controls.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
