(1) Vendor needs to provide early childhood social–emotional professional development services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA.– Provide comprehensive professional development, leadership support, classroom coaching, and family engagement services designed to strengthen social–emotional learning and positive behavior support practices within preschool and early childhood education programs.– Professional development model shall support educators, administrators, and related service providers in strengthening their capacity to implement consistent, developmentally appropriate practices across participating superintendent preschool programs.– Leadership support shall be incorporated throughout the project to assist administrators, program supervisors, lead teachers, and designated implementation teams in monitoring progress, supporting staff participation, and promoting sustainability of evidence–based practices.– Establish an implementation schedule, coordinate participant enrollment, and support successful delivery of all project activities.– Training shall support participants in understanding and implementing strategies related to building positive relationships, supporting children’s emotional regulation, promoting appropriate behavior, strengthening teacher reflection, utilizing positive descriptive acknowledgment, and implementing classroom routines, expectations, and visual supports.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 31, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
