(1) Vendor needs to provide sports performance coach services to increase their self–awareness, inform their academic behaviour, and support their academic and athletic success to the government authority located in Weber, UT.• Total Potential Users: The primary focus is the approximately 430 student–athletes currently competing in the Big Sky Conference.• Diverse Backgrounds: Our athletic rosters feature a high concentration of non–local and international talent. Approximately 15–20% of our student–athletes are international, requiring a provider with strong cultural competency.• Ethnic Diversity: Our Athletics Department is highly diverse; nearly 35% of our student–athletes identify as ethnic minorities, including significant Black/African American and Pacific Islander populations.O Geographic & Travel Demands: The Big Sky Conference presents some of the most grueling travel schedules in Division I.O First–Generation Navigation: With a significant portion of our rosters comprised of first–generation college students, many athletes are navigating the complexities of a DI environment without a familial roadmap, adding a layer of “imposter phenomenon“ to their daily academic and athletic responsibilities.O Coaching Staff & Administrative Consultation (50–80 Hours): Recognizing that leadership health is vital to team success, the provider will dedicate specific hours to consulting with coaching staffs. This includes “coaching the coach“ on navigating NIL/Transfer Portal pressures, crisis management, and maintaining a healthy, high–performance culture.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
