(1) Vendor needs to provide youth programming assessment services to the government authority located in NH.• Vendor input on approaches to conducting a comprehensive assessment of current Youth Services Center operations and recommendations for improvement, including considerations related to agency planned transition to a new facility.• Trauma‑informed treatment models for youth, restorative practices, and therapeutic milieu management• Restorative justice programming• Secure juvenile justice residential operations and safety practices• Behavioural support systems, de‑escalation and therapeutic environment management• Organizational assessment, including staffing studies, leadership evaluation, safety assessments, quality assurance systems, and training system evaluation• Leadership, workforce development, staff well‑being, and strategies for recruitment and retention(2) The contract period will be for one year.
