(1) Vendor needs to provide architect and engineering services for closed landfills to the government authority located in Christiansburg, VA. – Including engineering, geological, groundwater monitoring, landfill gas testing, and consulting required to meet environmental regulations for two closed landfills.– Groundwater Monitoring Program in accordance with Solid Waste Management Regulations including laboratory testing protocols.– Groundwater Other Regulatory Compliance– Gas Monitoring and remediation program– Gas Monitoring Other regulatory Compliance(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 18, 2026.(3) The contract period will be one year.
