(1) Vendor needs to provide custodial service to the government authority located in Ellsworth, ME. • Empty waste baskets and reline trash containers; collect trash; the Provider will be responsible for physically removing and disposing of trash from the facility/premises.• Vacuum carpet: remove spots by cleaning or shampooing as necessary.• Sweep, dry mop or vacuum and damp mop all non–carpeted floors.• Clean and sanitize counters and tables in the eating areas as applicable.• Wash glass and mirrors, interior windows and glass walls.• Keep custodial closets clean and free of odors as applicable.• Maintain/clean all entry floor mats and runners.• Low and mid–level dusting to include all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves and other accessible horizontal surfaces(2) Pre–bid walk–through will be held on July 16, 2026.
