(1) Vendor needs to provide marketing and advertising partner services.– Provide demonstrated ability to interpret and apply visitor attribution data, visitor credit cardexpenditure insights, and web analytics to inform decision–making.– Professional marketing firm to serve as its primary integrated marketing partner (one–stop–shop), responsible for strategy, creative, media, public relations, and performance reporting, among potentially other marketing–related functions.– Strategic message development must reflect a clear understanding of current position: a destination with strong historical tourism equity, but one that is under–leveraging emerging cultural, culinary, retail, and experiential assets.– strategic messaging recommendations that provide a clear, actionable roadmap, prioritizing high–value audiences, longer stays, and repeat visitation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) Pre–bid teleconference will be held on July 30, 2026.
