This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long–term contract covering the NSN [ phno? redacted ]264, Washer, Flat in accordance with Basic Drawing NR 78286 70106–08105, Revision NR B DTD 12/26/1990, Part Piece Number: P/N 70[ phno? redacted ]. The proposed contract will be an Indefinite Quantity Contract in accordance with FAR Part 15. The period of performance will be a 5–year base period and no (0) option periods. The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set–aside. The terms are FOB Origin with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination covering DLA Direct requirements only.
