(1) Vendor needs to provide flood mitigation planning service to the government authority located in Guadalupe, TX.• Project Management– The kick–off meeting will cover the following topics:• Project communication & reporting responsibilities – establish the frequency and method of interface with Agency project manager, County project manager and any other parties;• Project milestone and schedule; and• Project deliverables at each milestone.• Tasks accomplished since last meeting• Discussion of issues discovered, if any• Tasks to be performed• Project schedule status• Budget status(2) The contract period will be for one year.
