(1) Vendor needs to provide address list field augmentation data services to the government authority located in MD. – Contractor shall provide file–level metadata that includes, at a minimum, thefollowing information:– Data collection date.– Data collection source.– Data authority and owner.– Data license restrictions (if applicable).– Coordinate reference system.– Coordinate position (e.g., parcel centroid, building centroid, property entrance).– Provide a data quality report that describes how data provided meets the following categories (as applicable) of geographic data quality described in national and international standards:– Completeness (i.e., commission and omission).– Logical consistency (e.g., conceptual, format, and domain consistency).– Positional accuracy (i.e., coordinate accuracy).– Temporal quality (e.g., temporal consistency of data no older than 5 years).– Thematic accuracy (e.g., classification and attribute correctness).(2) This bid is Set–Aside for total Small Business.
