(1) Vendor needs to provide forensic ballistics and higher education program service to the government authority located in Washington, DC. • Establish formalized partnerships with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, forensic laboratories, and to deploy certified students to reduce evidence processing backlogs, achieve 48–hour NIBIN data entry turnaround standards, and support real–time investigative operations through replicable internship models.• Deliver hands–on training in microscopic comparison, ammunition identification, data acquisition, and comprehensive firearms examination protocols using Association of Firearm and Tool Mark Examiners (AFTE)–aligned assessment methods, and facilitate graduate placement in accredited crime laboratories, operational units, and law enforcement intelligence divisions.
