(1) Vendor needs to provide AI development services for graduate medical education.– Cloud–hosted solution that aligns with modern security and infrastructure standards– Professional services to design, develop, and implement a foundational resident data management system that will serve as a centralized platform for managing resident information currently maintained across multiple spreadsheets and ancillary systems.– Partner to develop a secure, scalable, and user–friendly solution that consolidates resident data into a centralized system.– Solution should support standardized data management practices, improve reporting capabilities, enhance accessibility for authorized users, and provide a sustainable framework for future growth and evolving compliance requirements– Solution should support Single Sign–On (SSO) integration– Solution architecture must be scalable and capable of supporting future growth, additional residency programs, and expanded functionality– Solution must support integration with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) or equivalent identity providers(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 21, 2026.
