(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based promotional products ordering system. • Provide an on–line web–based ordering system for branded and unbranded promotional products.• Agency requires a program whereby the proposer, for these promotional items, will operate and manage a web–based ordering platform.• System must be a web–based application. • The proposed system must be compatible with current, supported versions of major web browsers, including: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge.• System will be hosted off–site, resulting in agency data being stored externally.• Provide secure, password–protected access.• System must display: Image, Description, Tiered quantity pricing and Logo imprint or customization preview.• System must allow authorized users (employees and supervisors) to view account and order history.• Provide accounting reports and records upon request.• eProcurement integration via cXML PunchOut catalog.• Capability for users to browse and select items from the supplier’s catalog and return them to the eProcurement system using a standard requisition process.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
