(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant and lobbyist services to the government authority located in Albuquerque, NM. • The lobbyist will be under the direction of the majority of board of directors, chief engineer and CEO and Legal Counsel.• Coordinate with other lobbyists, community groups, and any other agency or organization as necessary to promote and advance the legislative program.• Monitor and provide analysis on all regulatory and legislative developments that may affect the interests• Periodically brief the board of directors in person on legislative activities• Recommend and obtain sponsors and co–sponsors for the legislative bills, as well as obtain the support of key legislators or legislative leadership to enhance the ability to pass its legislation.• Provide prior to each request for payment, a written report or summary of relevant legislative activities, to include time spent on activities, for the period for which payment is being requested.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
