(1) Vendor needs to provide energy audit service to the government authority located in Winthrop, ME.         – A comprehensive energy audit of four key municipal facilities: the ambulance station, police station, recreation building, and public library. – Conducting energy audits for each of the four buildings, a summary of recommended improvements with estimated savings and a potential return on investment, and a prioritized action plan for future energy upgrades and weatherization measures.– The audit should identify deficiencies, inefficiencies, and potential improvements that are prioritized based on cost–effectiveness and impact. – Prioritize recommended upgrades and weatherization measures based on cost–effectiveness and impact.– Site evaluation and investigation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.          (3) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on July 20, 2026.
