(1) Vendor needs to provide contracted assessor services to the government authority located in Burlington, Vermont. – Provide comprehensive contracted assessment services and a named lead assessor eligible and willing to accept appointment as Interim assessor pursuant to the charter.– Administer the valuation of real estate property for property taxation and for properties under payment–in–lieu or fee–for–service agreements.– Collect, verify, and analyze income and expense data for investment–type properties.– Assessment administration and valuation.– Interim assessor appointment.– Appeals and boards.– State reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
