(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal accounting services to the government authority located in Lake Point, UT.• General Accounting Services:– Monthly and annual general ledger and accounting records maintenance and reconciliation. – Accounts payable, receivable, and payroll support.– Preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and GASB. – Cash management and investment accounting support. – Fixed asset accounting and depreciation schedules. • Audit and Financial Reporting Support:– Preparation of schedules and workpapers for annual independent audit.• Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:– Sales tax, utility tax, and other statutory reporting.– Assistance with bond, grant, and special revenue reporting.• Internal Controls and Advisory:– Review and recommendation of internal controls.– Financial policy development and updates.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than Nov 10, 2026.
