(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate tenant–representation brokerage services to the government authority located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. – Provide workforce–development and employment services throughout county, much of it through our one–stop career centers, which serve job seekers, employers, and community partners every day.– Put together a list of suitable on–market and off–market properties.– Meet with our staff to consider the available space, staffing, location, transportation, parking, accessibility, security, technology, budget, schedule, and lease requirements.– For each property, identify the address, owner, listing broker, available square footage, rent, cam, taxes, insurance, utilities, parking, transit access, permitted use, condition, availability, signage, tenant improvements, and other key lease terms.– Recommend a shortlist based on the criteria we agree on together.– Confirm the approved geographic search area.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.
