Port of Morrow is accepting competitively sealed bids for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Time PST on 'Proposal Submission Date for electronically submitted responses. Paper Responses shall be received no later than 2:00 pm PST on 'Date of Paper Responses . The preferred method of delivery is electronic through the Port of Morrow's e-Procurement Portal , but you can email it to Bids@Portofmorrow.com or deliver them to #2 Marine Drive, Boardman, OR 97818. Late submissions shall not be accepted. Work Consists of: Design, Manufacturing/Supply, Storage and Shipping of (8) -120’-0” span precast concrete “Deck Bulb T” bridge girders for the new Port of Morrow Marine Dr. Bridge crossing over industry rail road spur, including all appurtenances as show on the preliminary design plans.
